Description
The liberal studies program is primarily designed for those students who are undecided about their educational and career goals or desire a flexable program.
The program will allow the student to gain a broad, general background and either continue on to a four year baccalaureate degree or enter an occupational program. Transfer agreements are already in place with numerous post-secondary institutions in Maine for those students who want to continue on to a four-year degree.
Graduates will gain a liberal studies background including writing, speaking, critical thinking, mathematics, science, problem sloving, and skills necessary for lifetime of continuing education and / or employment.
