Some applicable core coursework may include: Windows 11 Essential Training, IT Support Technician - Advanced, CompTIA Tech+ (FC0-U71) Certification Prep, Introduction to Cybersecurity (Part 1), Zendesk Customer Service Professional Certification Prep + Exam. Some courses are subject to change.
