The curriculum integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini for practical applications in business settings. Students can earn industry-recognized certifications in Lean Management, Six Sigma, Project Management, among others, enriching their professional profile.
A core focus is on leveraging information technology tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to streamline operations and enhance decision-making. Skills in business process analysis and mapping, utilizing BPMN tools, are developed for identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Data analysis and decision-making form a significant part of the curriculum, where students learn to collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical analysis and data visualization tools. Refund Policy
Student may request a 100% tuition refund at any time during training. Refunds are issued within 30 days of withdrawal. If a student completes all program hours early, tuition is fully earned and nonrefundable. Unissued textbooks or supplies are fully refundable. In extenuating cases, the President or designee may grant a tuition credit or waiver, valid for one year.
