Description
Medical Assistant (PTMED3045)
This course prepares students for entry-level medical assistant roles by covering both clinical and administrative skills used in healthcare settings. Students develop foundational knowledge in infection control, medical terminology, patient care, laboratory procedures, and healthcare documentation.
This program is suitable for individuals pursuing entry-level medical assistant roles or transitioning into the healthcare field. No prior experience is required, though basic computer skills are recommended to support student success.
