Description
We are excited to connect our community with this excellent training opportunity designed to prepare participants for meaningful work supporting children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
This self-paced program can be started at any time, allowing you to complete coursework on your own schedule. You’ll complete 12 engaging online modules followed by three 4-hour live sessions (available either in-person or virtually). Upon completion, you’ll receive free online Bloodborne Pathogen training and Child and Adult First Aid & CPR certification—all within just 40 hours of total training time.
This program prepares you for employment through local social service agencies, schools, and community programs serving children who qualify for services. Whether you’re starting a new career or enhancing your current skills, this training offers a direct path to a rewarding, life-changing profession that makes a difference in the lives of Maine children and families.
