VEI guarantees 100% student satisfaction. Students may receive up to a full tuition refund anytime before earning any certifications. After certification, refunds are prorated by program days completed. Refunds are issued within 30 days of withdrawal. Textbooks or supplies not issued are fully refunded; software/subscriptions are nonrefundable. The President may offer tuition credits (valid 1 year). Federal/state refund rules apply.
