Description
This is a Pathway Launch program to provide training for Ed Tech II and III's needing 60 or 90 credit hours respectively to achieve Ed Tech II or III certification for MDOE. It is a 10 course sequence of courses running asynchronously, two at a time over 8 week mods. The courses are free through Harold Alfond funding. Courses are applicable to themes and challenges facing Ed Techs in our schools focusing on themes around behavior mgmt, trauma informed educational practices, cultural competency, socio-economic indicators, human development, etc.
