Description

This comprehensive 14 week program will prepare students for PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) national certification exam and employment in the growing Pharmacy Technician profession.   One (1) national certification exam voucher in included with this program.


This extended learning and training platform offers students a comprehensive learning experience and includes all the vital information needed to prepare for the pharmacy technician certification and meet state board of pharmacy criteria for the State of Maine.


This program includes 240 hours of curriculum delivered by both instructor-lead modules and multimedia instructional components.


Created in a working pharmacy, this self-paced program illustrates actual duties of a pharmacy technician from professional customer interaction and HIPAA privacy to performing basic aseptic techniques and mathematical dosage calculations.
