Description
This unique training program provides overview of pharmaceutical manufacturing process, talent development with respect to day-to-day manufacturing activities and, associated skills so that trained individuals can successfully execute Manufacturing/packaging/warehouse associate job responsibilities within Pharmaceuticals and Biotech Industries. The course is designed keeping in mind the set requirements of FDA 21 CFR part 210 211 and 820 standards.
Aryan consulting and staffing (ACS) has created a blend of unique program that helps the candidates acquire skills and knowledge to be successful and make a great career in this high demand field. This training mirrors the actual industry practices used in the real LifeSciences manufacturing business. Training modules consist of knowledge of cGMP (Current good manufacturing practices), GDP (Good documentation practices), machine, instruments, equipment operating skills and, gowning procedure with practical examples. This unique training is designed to provide various techniques used by medicine and medical device manufacturing companies.
ACS training program also utilizes “on the job training” (OJT) and “instructor led training” (ILT)approach which is used by companies often thru third-party contractors and accepted by Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The training also includes understanding of standard operating procedures, policies and associated documents that exists in LifeSciences industry. ACS Training also puts a great emphasis on current good manufacturing practices provided yearly to employees within pharma/biotech field.
This training is provided by industry experts who have at least a decade of real-time experience working in this industry. ACS utilizes train the trainer program approved by FDA, where skilled and qualified trainers that are employed within the industry are providing functional and practical training to the students. Moreover, ACS provides job placement by helping candidates with resume preparations, mock interviews, job applications, onboarding support and help retain the jobs by hand holding and supporting them for up to 90 days after landing on the job. ACS understands the staffing industry’s current requirements such as skills identification, and recruitment methods. ACS also has wide network of approximately 500 recruitment companies across the U. S. ACS has successfully trained and placed over 100 candidates in last 2 years.
