Description
This 10 week course will start at the basics of knife skills and progress to fine dining. Students will sit for the national Kitchen Manager certification towards the end of their class in addition to earning a AMSA Meat Selection and Cookery certificate. This course will also include the SouthWest Airlines Professional Communication credential.
