Description
This course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of project management based partially on the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and also on other proven methodologies and processes.
The course will start with identification of a project and go through active planning, execution and project closeout. The course will have a heavy focus on the professional, technical and business communication tools that are used throughout project management and other professional activities such as specification design and execution.
