An instructional program that prepares health and other professionals to apply the principles of management to the running of hospitals and similar health facilities. Includes instruction in building and facility management, planning and coordination, scheduling, business and financial management, fund-raising and marketing, public relations, human resources management and labor relations, technical hospital operations, resource allocation, and health law.
