Pay:$18.00 to $21.75

Responsibilities

Rumford Community Home Corporation offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $18.00 to $21.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.

2. Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.

3. Minimum six months of previous experience in a long term care setting, preferred.
