Job Description
(Multiple Positions) Maintenance Worker. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, public and back areas using hand tools and supplies. Assist with light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, referring major issues to contractors. Conduct preventive maintenance, document inspections, and maintain equipment. Upkeep exterior areas by mowing, trimming, snow removal, and light landscaping. Inspect for hazards, respond to repair requests promptly, and follow safety and cleaning standards.
