Job Description
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, loaders, rollers, and related equipment.
- Operate equipment with and without GPS integration systems.
- Perform bulk earthwork, grading, trenching, backfilling, and finish work.
- Load trucks efficiently while maintaining site safety and production targets.
- Assist with support equipment as required.
- Communicate clearly with truck drivers regarding loading patterns and logistics.
- Work collaboratively with laborers, foremen, and operators.
- Anticipate site sequencing and support project schedules.
- Maintain reliable transportation and report directly to assigned job sites at the designated start and end times each workday.
