Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at our Caribou home.
Position Details:
+ Hours:24 hours per week
+ Schedule:
+ 1 Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
+ 1 Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
+ Shift Length:12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
+ Provide direct care and support to residents with activities of daily living
+ Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately
+ Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
+ Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care
Qualifications:
+ Active 40-hour CRMA certification required
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
+ Ability to work both day and overnight shifts as scheduled
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
