Machine Operator / General Laborer Are you a hard worker who loves staying active and working with your hands? We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator and General Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will help keep our planer mill running safely and smoothly. If you want a steady hands-on job where your hard work truly matters, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do- Operate Mill Machinery: Run and care for heavy equipment like the stacker, debarker, edger, and packing/wrapping machines.
- Keep Things Moving: Help with general labor tasks around the mill, including stacking and packaging our quality lumber products.
- Keep a Clean Workspace: Maintain a tidy, orderly environment to ensure everyone stays safe and productive.
- Speak Up: Watch for machinery issues and report them quickly to the Mill Supervisor to prevent downtime.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a mill, warehouse, or hands-on labor role.
- Safety First Mindset: You stay alert and follow rules closely around heavy machinery.
- Team Player Attitude: You love working with others to meet production goals.
- Drive: You are a self-motivated worker who takes pride in doing a job right.
