Your Role & Impact

As a vital link between our residents, nurses, and staff, you will provide hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.

+ Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.

+ Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.

+ Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.
