As our Garage Planner, you will keep our fleet and heavy equipment running at peak performance. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. What You Will Do
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and fix large-scale equipment, including road graders, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, log trucks, and trailers.
- Maintain the Fleet: Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for our fleet of half-ton trucks.
- Track Work Orders: Use our digital work order system to log repairs, track parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Collaborate Daily: Work closely with supervisors and team members to plan garage tasks and minimize equipment downtime.
- Champion Safety: Support onsite safety programs and maintain a secure, clean workspace.
