Position Summary
The EdGE Afterschool Lead based at Rose M. Gaffney Elementary School (in Machias) supports Mission Downeast initiatives that leverage education, leadership, experiential, outdoor activities, and mentoring-based programs to build youth engagement, aspirations, and resilience. This position works with a team of staff to facilitate EdGE afterschool programs with a focus on students in kindergarten through eighth grades. This role reports to the EdGE Afterschool Site Coordinator or EdGE Youth Development Coordinator.
