Commercial Airline Fueler Responsibilities: The Commercial Airline Fueler is a self-starter responsible for the safe refueling of commercial aircraft and ensuring the quality of fuel in the Fuel Farm.

• Complete training for fire safety and other regulated requirements concerning fuel handling
• Maintain fuel capacities
• Expedite filling of fuel trucks
• Adherence to strict corporate and airline safety standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
• Reside in Maine and be able to commute to Portland
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in the English Language
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to take direction
• Problem-solving skills
• Follow compliance with FAA, OSHA and safety guidelines
• Able and willing to work outdoors in various temperatures/inclement weather conditions
• Meet lifting requirements up to 75lbs
• Physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping
