Day Shift (Rotational Schedule: 24 hours one week / 32 hours the next week)

Education, Experience & Requirements

+ Licensure: Must possess, as a minimum, a valid State of Maine Nursing license.

+ Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence.

+ Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude or prior experience in guiding healthcare teams.

+ Contingencies: All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent professional references and passing the Maine State Background Check.

Skills & Abilities

+ Technical Literacy: Knowledge and practical use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and/or solid general computer skills.

+ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly.

+ Leadership Drive: Effective leadership skills and/or a strong readiness to invest in growing these crucial skills to mentor new staff and elevate patient care standards.
