Job Description

Will provide professional physical therapy services in the patient’s home, school, or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures. Provides consultant physical therapy services when appropriate. Must hold or be able to earn a BLS certification.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Physical Therapist – Annual Salary Range – $67,600 to $91,520
