What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults living with mental illness in daily life and routines
  • Helping with medication, transportation, and community activities
  • Responding to crisis situations with a calm, supportive approach (training provided)
  • Encouraging independence and building life skills
  • Writing daily progress notes and working as part of a team
  • Occasional mandatory (mandated) shifts may apply during staff shortages

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; along with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 liability and uninsured motorist coverage for potentially transporting clients
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
  • CRMA or MHRT/C is a plus – but not required. We’ll help you get certified!
