Industrial Kitchen Prep – Work with Food Without the Restaurant Rush!

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30am start time

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking Industrial Kitchen Prep Assistants for our client in York, Maine. These positions pay $20 per hour and are temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most awarded food brands-all without being customer-facing.

Typical daily duties:

- Assist cooks with processing food products

- Prepare raw ingredients and materials

- Measure and portion ingredients for cooks

- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift

- Report any conditions requiring attention

What we’re looking for:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Basic math skills

- Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts

- Previous large prepping/batching or food industry manufacturing a plus
