Job Description
Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to provide advanced clinical expertise supporting high-performance operational environments. In this role, you will deliver psychological assessment, consultation, performance optimization, and resilience services designed to enhance workforce readiness, organizational effectiveness, and mission success.
This position is pending upon contract award. It requires active secret clearance at minimum.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives.
- Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support organizational and workforce objectives.
- Conduct and interpret individual, team, and/or organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance.
- Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.
Minimum Requirements
‘- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required; Master’s degree in Psychology and 8+ years of related experience or PhD and 6+ years of related experience required.
