Collaborative Cleaners of Maine is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We provide a variety of cleaning services throughout the area, and no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities- Clean apartment hallways, stairwells, and common areas.
- Perform apartment turnover cleans between tenants.
- Clean commercial offices, businesses, and facilities.
- Complete post-construction cleaning, including dust removal, debris cleanup, and detailed finishing work.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and clean bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and other surfaces.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
- Reliable transportation with insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we provide training.
