Primary Care Physician

Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital seeks an experienced, board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to guide our well-established Primary Care practice in the charming community of Fort Fairfield, Maine. Flexible schedule options available in this hospital-employed position. Geriatricians are also encouraged to apply. Position Highlights :

+ Exceptional leadership support at the local and system level

+ Call is split evenly among Primary Care physicians

+ Located in a shared facility with our Pulmonology / Sleep Medicine practice

+ Leadership and teaching opportunities, if desired

Compensation Information:

+ $235,000 – $250,000 base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives.

+ The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
