Blender Operator / Manufacturing Associate – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!

Pay Rate: $24.49 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Our client in Rockland, Maine is looking to bring on a dependable team member for a hands-on manufacturing role with long-term potential. This Blender Operator/Manufacturing Associate position pays $24.49/hour and is designed as temp-to-hire , offering a great foot in the door with a national company.

This is a fast-paced and candid production environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount – plus you’ll love the built-in 3-day weekend every week!

Typical daily duties:

+ Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to batch recipes

+ Measure and verify ingredients with accuracy

+ Perform quality checks throughout the production process

+ Operate a forklift to move and store materials (preferred, not required)

+ Adjust and troubleshoot machinery as needed

What we’re looking for:

+ 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment

+ Attention to detail and strength with numbers and measurements

+ Ability to work effectively in a candid & direct, team-driven production environment

+ Commitment to safe work practices

+ Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
