Office Dispatch – Keep operations running smoothly and on schedule

Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Peak Season ~45 hours/week 7:30a-5p; Off-Season: ~25 hours/week 9a-5p

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We are currently hiring for an Office Dispatch professional to support our client’s growing operations in Mapleton, ME. This is an excellent opportunity with pay of $20-$23 per hour and a temp-to-hire assignment , offering long-term stability with a well-established local company.

Typical daily duties:

- Coordinate and schedule fuel deliveries

- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding routes and delivery times

- Answer incoming calls and provide customer support

- Complete dispatch paperwork and data entry accurately

- Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks

What we’re looking for:

- Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or logistics coordination

- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry abilities

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
