Production Technician / Crew Lead – PuroClean of Auburn, Maine
PuroClean of Auburn is hiring motivated, dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in a recession-resistant industry with real growth and leadership opportunities.
This hands-on role involves responding to residential and commercial property damage from water, mold, fire, smoke, and biohazard situations. Responsibilities include demolition, drying and cleaning, equipment setup, job site organization, documentation, and customer communication. Strong performers advance quickly into Lead Technician and management roles with increased pay.
Maine Pesticide License Required:
Must obtain within 90 days. Upon completion, receive an immediate raise and a $750 bonus. Training provided.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Restoration or construction experience and IICRC certifications are a plus but not required. Background and drug screening required.
