Part-Time Logistics Coordinator – Mix of Warehouse & Office Work

Pay Rate: $18-24/hr

Schedule: 3 days per week (preferred Mon/Wed/Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM)

Assignment Length: Long-Term Temporary

We are actively hiring a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator for our client in Westbrook! This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible , part-time schedule with a hands-on & administrative blend . This position pays $18-24/hr and is a long-term temporary assignment .

This is a dynamic role combining warehouse work and office responsibilities , perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the day.

Typical daily duties:

+ Physically receive incoming materials and shipments in the warehouse

+ Verify packing slips against contents to identify discrepancies

+ Enter receipts into Oracle and update project details in proprietary systems

What we’re looking for:

+ At least 1 year of inventory control experience

+ High school diploma (HSD) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

+ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Oracle preferred
