This is an outstanding opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine in a supportive community setting while enjoying the exceptional lifestyle of western Maine. Position Highlights

+ Full-time outpatient primary care position

+ Monday-Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance

About Us

Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities

+ Provide comprehensive primary care services including wellness visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive medicine

+ Diagnose and treat common medical conditions

+ Order and interpret diagnostic testing

+ Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with Maine regulations

+ Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

+ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate care

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications

+ Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program

+ Board Certified as FNP, AGNP, or related specialty

+ Active or eligible Maine Board of Nursing licensure

+ DEA certification or eligibility

+ Prior primary care experience preferred

+ Strong communication and patient engagement skills
