Production Operator – Full-Time Opportunity with Great Growth Potential
Pay : $18-19 Per Hour, Based on Experience
Schedule : M-F 7a-3:30p
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their busy Biddeford team. This position pays $18-19 per hour, based on experience and is temp-to-hire , offering strong long-term potential with a well-established manufacturer.

Typical daily duties:
- Performing molding, mixing, machining, shaping, and assembly tasks
- Operating CNC machines, forming machines, and hand tools
- Reading and following technical drawings and instructions
- Mixing materials according to specifications
- Handling and moving materials with standard equipment
- Maintaining records and completing quality checks
What we are looking for:
- Previous machine operating experience
- Caliper and measuring experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to stand all day and lift up to 50lbs
