Job Title: Carrier Login Specialist
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

You'll also provide administrative support for carrier documentation and assist with incoming call management, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

As a Carrier Login Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Establishing user credentials with various carriers for agents and managers.
• Communicating login details effectively to ensure easy access.
• Troubleshooting and resolving user access issues promptly.
