Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, you'll support client order entry, account coordination, and ongoing customer communication in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with sales, production, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth processing of orders.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing multiple active orders while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting client inquiries and providing professional communication
• Collaborating with sales and production teams to coordinate order details
• Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems
• Troubleshooting issues and responding to customer needs effectively
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and phone communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with logic, EFI, or eProductivity software is a plus
