Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $17.00-$18/hour
Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:30pm & Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

As a Machine Operator, you'll role purpose. You'll work with machinery, support daily production goals, and keep equipment running smoothly. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Removing finished parts carefully and placing them in designated containers or areas
- Performing packing and finishing tasks to meet daily quotas
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and workstations regularly
- Following safety procedures and detailed production instructions at all times
- Documenting work accurately using forms and computer systems for traceability
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors about any issues
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. and exerting force of 20–30 lbs. as needed during shifts
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production (preferred but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for basic equipment issues
- Strong physical stamina and upper body strength for manual tasks
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions effectively
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment with temperatures up to 95°F
- Sharp visual and depth perception to ensure quality work
- Steel-toe shoes and a neat, casual appearance
