Job Description

Do you have an interest or passion to help others and would like to help others find fun and joy in their lives. If you do than come join our team as a RSW and work in one of our adult group homes.

A Residential Support Worker (RSW) provides residential services for individuals with mental illness living in one of our adult group homes. Facilities range from 4 to 8 beds.

Whether you are looking to supplement your current income or are in college and looking to gain experience through weekend and/or evening work, CHCS may be able to help you. Need MHRT1 provisional certification within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment. Must have or able to obtain CRMA certification within six months of employment.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
