Join our nursing team as a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) and enjoy the flexibility to pick up shifts while earning premium pay for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking dependable and compassionate RNs to assist with coverage for weekends, holidays, vacations, and staff time-off requests.

Schedule Requirements

Per diem nurses must be available to work either:

+ 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

OR

+ 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Minimum Availability Requirements

+ Must work a minimum of2 shifts per bi-weekly pay period

+ At leastone shift must fall on a Saturday or Sunday, if work is available

+ Must work3 holidays per year, if work is available

+ At least2 of the 3 holidaysmust include (if work is available):

+ Fourth of July

+ Thanksgiving

+ Day After Thanksgiving

+ Christmas

+ New Year’s

Compensation & Premium Pay

+ Base Rate:$42.42/hour

+ 2nd Shift Differential:+$5.00/hour

+ 3rd Shift Differential:+$6.00/hour

+ Weekend Differential:+$2.00/hour

Requirements

+ Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine

+ Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.

+ Basic computer skills
