Skilled Nurse ManagerThe nurse manager will be responsible for creating and managing an environment of care focused on the patients, defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff; and providing leadership for everyone on the nursing team.
Skills and Abilities
+ Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills
+ Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
+ Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill
+ Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Education and Experience
Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a State of Maine Nursing license
Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence
Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude or experience
