Job Description
BANGOR - Put your painting and building maintenance experience to work for this Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Painting/Property Maintenance in this contract to permanent hire opportunity. This position may require occasional on call time for emergencies. Health benefits with paid time off when you go perm.
Primary tasks:
-Basic carpentry/plumbing experience (fix door, cabinet, replace trim, replace faucet, etc.).
-Hauling debris/trash, grounds keeping to include snow shoveling walks, and prepare apartments, etc. for new tenants.
-Painting and patching walls
Candidates with property maintenance experience preferred, yet client is willing to train the right candidate who is mechanically inclined.
Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement) and basic tools (hammer, measuring tape, screwdriver, etc.).
Must meet background requirements, have valid Driver's License with vehicle, and meet physical requirements of such a position, i.e. lifting up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, stand, crouch, and grasp.
