Job Description
Period of Intended Employment: 07/17/2026 to 11/30/2026
Workers will be working in the packing facilities where each worker will have a duty on the
packing line. Duties can consist of stacking boxes; unloading the berries into the line; sorting out debris and bad fruit; clean up and wash down equipment; recording weights and labels; and palletizing. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: clean work areas; hand pick and manually grade crops; load and unload materials and commodities; operate self propelled machinery; participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers; record information about crops; weigh containers and record weights and identifying information. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: forklift, packaging equipment. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: fruit. In the beginning of the season when there is not much work in the warehouse, the Employees can go outside and rake blueberries.
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry
supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate
termination from employment. Lift up to 40 lbs.
