We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll partner with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to support every phase of construction. You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, coordination, and execution, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
As a key member of our Commercial Project Management team, you will contribute to the technical success of projects from preconstruction through closeout, gaining valuable experience and exposure across all aspects of commercial construction.
Job Requirements
- Support Project Managers with a wide range of technical and administrative functions, contributing to the successful planning and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Develop a thorough understanding of project scope through review of plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all project specifications and expectations are met.
- Help coordinate schedules and proactively manage timelines to keep projects on track.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Participate in site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and budgets, proactively identifying risks and challenges to resolve issues and develop effective solutions.
- Support project closeout processes, ensuring documentation and final deliverables are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
