Hours: Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do
As a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of a production team during the third shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and inspecting work to maintain production quality and meet deadlines.
- Prioritizing workloads and allocating resources effectively to achieve daily production goals.
- Communicating regularly with team members, peers, and other departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Enforcing safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating team members to support team development and performance.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Reporting operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- MUST BE a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
