About us

Pedro's Mexican Restaurant is a popular fast-paced, full-service restaurant in a great location that strives to provide an excellent experience for all guests by serving delicious scratch-made food, awesome craft cocktails and offering great hospitality all in a fun, upbeat and lively environment.

We are looking for a talented cook with a passion for food, a great attitude and work ethic and an eye for detail to work in our high volume kitchen. We are considering cooks for our summer season (mid May through mid September or even into October) but would also consider year-round line cooks as well.  The primary responsibility for this position is as a line cook so the right candidate will be happy to work evenings (typically 2pm-10pmish however, during the summer months we may be open for lunch so lunch services may be a part of the schedule) but also be willing and able to work some afternoon shifts. We are looking for someone who is excited and passionate about creating delicious scratch made food (and who doesn't like drama - haha)!!

The right candidate must posses skill, comfort working in fast-paced, high volume kitchens, an ability to take direction and work as a team, a positive attitude, a passion for food and a desire to prepare the best experience they can for our guests every time.

We have an experienced culinary team that takes pride in producing high quality scratch-made food! If you have a positive attitude, are mature, hard working and are reliable you could be a great fit in our kitchen.

Wage is based on experience.
