The Sussman House is presently seeking a per diem Hospice/Home Care Aide (CNA) to join their team!

Summary: This position is per diem with variable hours.
Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Hospice/Home Care Aide role performs in-home care tasks required to help maintain and restore the physical, social, and emotional health of patients.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Current applicable state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Valid Driver's license with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience: One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide preferred.
