Compensation Structure:
- $20.00/hr - Construction Laborer: Site labor and assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Keep active job sites safe and running smoothly by removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials to support carpenters and other skilled tradespeople.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and site-specific safety regulations. Assist with the safe operation of basic hand and power tools.
Requirements:
- Reliability: Must be ready to work hard and take direction well from site supervisors.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform rigorous physical labor, including heavy lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Gear: Must have standard construction gear (steel-toed boots, durable work pants). Hard hats and safety glasses will be provided.
