Summary:
The Clinical Dietitian role directs and coordinates nutritional care to patients in assigned clinical areas. Responsible for performing nutritional assessments, developing, and implementing care plans, educating patients, and communicating with physicians and health team members. In this role, you will primarily support our outpatient clinics, while also providing inpatient medical nutrition therapy and participating in occasional weekend/holiday on-call rotations. Seeking someone with strong clinical knowledge and program development skills, who is ready to work as part of a supporting, mission-driven team! This is a day shift position with a flexible schedule ranging from 32-40 hours/week.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics/Nutritional Sciences from an accredited college or university required.
License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Dietitian required. Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. Positions in Home Care will require a valid Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) conducting nutritional assessments and developing treatment plans for acute care inpatients and/or outpatients preferred.
