Summary:
The HIM Patient Service Associate role is responsible for responding to and following through on Health Information related calls to include release of information, patient and requester inquiries, issues and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare setting or administrative setting required.
