MaineHealth Behavioral Health offers transitional residential treatment programs for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Spanning across 12 programs from York to Belfast, our environment fosters support and encourages ongoing treatment and community integration. As a proficient Residential Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing individuals with the chance to enhance their overall functioning and quality of life. By guiding them towards achieving their treatment objectives within both the residential program and the broader community, you'll make a significant impact on their journey towards maintaining recovery and reducing stigma. Position Highlights:
Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000, contingent upon eligibility.
Shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts

Summary:
The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
